We are a leading Leeds based security services company, looking to appoint a dynamic and customer focused, field based Security Contracts Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an expanding company, whilst improving your management and leadership abilities and building your career.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Client management and retention – South Yorkshire and Midlands preferred location
  • Staff management
  • New assignment start‑ups
  • Incident investigations and reports
  • Rostering software management
  • Patrol system management
  • Duty Manager

Benefits

  • £35,000 per annum.

  • Core hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday but with flexibility to suit the needs of the business.

Experience

  • Security: 3+ years (required)

Qualifications

  • SIA
  • Certified Management Training

Key Skills and Qualities

  • An ability to cover a portfolio of customers around the South Yorkshire and the Midlands core areas.
  • Committed and reliable with proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar position.
  • A strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office and a security rostering system.
  • Setting up new contracts and creating detailed Assignment Instructions to include health and safety risk assessments.
  • Managing existing contracts and ensuring client satisfaction through adhering to KPIs.
  • Completing training of new Officers, making sure they’re in appropriate posts and carrying out Officer one‑to‑ones.
  • Completing all documentation, including incident reports.
  • Organising rotation and shift planning.
  • Someone who can demonstrate excellent people management and customer service skills.
