We are currently seeking an experienced and collaborative PGR Operations Manager to lead the operational support and enhancement of services for our thriving postgraduate research (PGR) community.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping an outstanding doctoral researcher experience within a research‑intensive university environment. Working closely with academic and professional services colleagues across the institution, you will help ensure the delivery of high‑quality, inclusive and supportive provision for doctoral researchers, aligned to sector expectations, external funding requirements and the University’s strategic ambitions for research culture and environment.

Salary: Grade 8 from £45,390 to £58,263 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £65,236 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro‑rata if part‑time).

Hours: Full‑time

Contract Type: Permanent

The role involves managing a small, dedicated PGR team within Student Professional Development.
