Pay Rate: £40,000-£43,000

We’re now seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

A Typical Day May Involve

• Develop and implement a comprehensive site management programme, including preventative maintenance schedules and asset lifecycle planning
• Ensure full compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation, policies and best practices
• Coordinate and oversee the maintenance, servicing and repair of site facilities day to day, facilities equipment and various equipment that supports the operation.
• Lead facility refurbishment, renovation and improvement projects to enhance site performance and functionality
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives, including energy efficiency and sustainability programmes

This Role Would Suit People Who

• Facilities Management experience in a warehouse
• Understanding processes for repair & maintenance & the ability to action this
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Compliance regulations
• Experience driving cost efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
