The role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Growth Manager or Head of Growth & Partnerships to help drive the agency’s next stage of growth.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing, business development and commercial strategy.
You’ll work closely with the founder, business development team and designers to increase awareness of Shoreditch Design, strengthen our positioning and create new opportunities.
We’re not looking for someone focused purely on social media or brand marketing.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building systems, generating opportunities, creating partnerships, analysing performance and helping turn great work into commercial growth.

What you’ll be doing
- Build and execute growth strategies
- Identify new sectors and opportunities
- Develop repeatable lead generation systems

- Support the agency’s long-term growth ambitions
- Build outbound campaigns

- Support the business development team
- Support the Business Development team on key opportunities
- Attend discovery calls and pitch meetings when required
- Help shape proposals and presentations
- Contribute market and sector insights
- Strengthen positioning and messaging
- Support follow-up activity after pitches
- Help improve conversion rates
- Ensure sales and marketing activity remain aligned
SEO & paid acquisition
- Manage Google Ads activity
- Develop SEO initiatives
- Increase inbound opportunities
CRM & reporting
- Monitor lead sources and conversion rates
- Create monthly growth reports
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Support forecasting and commercial planning
Founder marketing
- Support founder’s thought leadership
- Turn project work into content
- Create case studies and marketing assets
- Increase visibility across target industries
- Support speaking opportunities and partnerships
Content & social
- Manage LinkedIn activity
- Manage Instagram activity
- Create content plans and campaigns
- Work with designers on creative assets
- Repurpose project work into marketing content
Partnerships & referrals
- Build strategic referral partnerships
- Develop relationships with complementary agencies and consultancies
- Identify sponsorship, event and community opportunities
- Create systems for generating referrals and introductions
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners
- Explore partnership opportunities that increase awareness and pipeline
- Build repeatable partnership channels that contribute to agency growth

What we’re looking for Growth Manager
- 2-5 years experience in growth, marketing or business development
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing

- 5+ years experience in growth, demand generation or commercial marketing
