The Skilled Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Assist in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and roofing Perform plumbing, electrical, and masonry work as needed Engage in concrete forming, finishing, and restoration projects Execute trim carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and flooring installation Conduct construction painting and plastering tasks Participate in heavy equipment operation when required Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields Knowledge of construction management practices Familiarity with construction inspection processes Strong skills in carpentry, welding, glass installation, tile laying, hardscape, caulking, and stucco application Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members Full drivers licence Minimum 10 years experienceWe invite candidates who are passionate about construction work to apply for this exciting opportunity.
