As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial, and regulatory performance of the service. You’ll inspire your team to deliver safe, high-quality care while driving continuous improvement and maintaining full CQC compliance.
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and all relevant legislation. Manage service budgets and financial performance effectively. Drive quality assurance, audits, and continuous service improvement. Lead on safeguarding, risk management, and incident management.
