Our client, a growing sales and marketing company based in Brighton, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their team. Due to continued client demand, they are expanding their sales division and are seeking individuals with full-time equivalent availability to support customer acquisition campaigns.
This is a long-term opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience while developing transferable skills within a customer-facing environment. No previous experience is required. Client training, practical experience and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this opportunity suitable for individuals looking to build confidence and broaden their existing skills.
Successful individuals will support campaigns on behalf of recognised and non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer engagement within residential environments.

- Full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week, Mon–Sat).

This is a face-to-face opportunity operating within residential environments across the Brighton area. No previous experience is required. Individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, administration, warehouse, care, sales and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.
This is a long-term opportunity operating on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students. Due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon-Sat).
