This leading Magic Circle firm is looking to hire a 4+ PQE Associate into its top-tier Finance team in London.
The practice is widely regarded as a market leader in syndicated lending, investment grade corporate loans and cross-border financings. The team advises a premium client base, including major banks, corporates, sovereigns, funds and alternative lenders, on complex, high-value and often market leading transactions.
You will join a well-established London team working closely with highly regarded partners who are leaders in their field, regularly advising on big-ticket financings and headline M&A transactions. The role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including:
•Syndicated lending and general corporate lending
•Investment grade and cross-border financings
•Acquisition finance and margin lending
•Drafting and negotiating LMA documentation
•Direct client advisory and strategic input
The team is closely aligned with the firm’s leading M&A and wider finance practices, meaning you will be involved in financing high-profile transactions and benefit from strong deal flow. The wider platform provides excellent access to international work, particularly across Europe, offering associates a genuinely global practice.
