Roleoverview
As the Senior Product Manager forSubscriptions and Offers across our streaming services, you willplay a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for allsubscription change journeys—including upgrades, downgrades,cancellations, pauses, and plan modifications. This position isresponsible for driving innovation and scalability within backendsystems to support evolving business models and meet the dynamicneeds of ourcustomers.
Whatyou’ll do
Defineand maintain the product vision and roadmap for subscriptionmanagement backend systems.
Align product priorities with businessobjectives, customer experience goals, and technicalfeasibility.
Collaboratewith engineering teams to design and deliver robust, secure, andscalable backend solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with billing,identity, and customer support systems.
Manage the product backlog, write clear userstories, and prioritise features based on impact andeffort.
Partner withcommercial, marketing, and customer operations teams to supportsubscription lifecycle initiatives.
Communicate product plans and progress to seniorleadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Use analytics and customer feedback to optimisesubscription change flows, monitoring KPIs such as churn, upgraderates, and systemperformance.
Whatyou’ll bring
Proven experience in backend product management,ideally within subscription or streamingservices.
Strongunderstanding of APIs, microservices, and systemarchitecture.
Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills, with the abilityto influence across teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience usingmetrics and KPIs to guide product decisions.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, agileenvironments with shifting priorities.
Strong complex thinking and problem-solvingskills, with the ability to visualise challenges clearly andquickly grasp the projects that need to besolved.
