Thenrole: 

As NurserynManager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintainingnhigh standards across the setting. You will be responsible for: 

  • Leading, motivating, andn developing your nursery team
  • Ensuring EYFS and safeguardingn compliance
  • Building strong parentn partnerships
  • Driving occupancy and overalln nursery performance
  • Leading Ofsted preparation andn inspections
  • Supporting staff development andn wellbeing
  • Creating a positive,n professional team culture 

This is anhands-on leadership role where your experience, leadership style, andndecision-making will make a genuine impact every day. 

What we’renlooking for: 

Essential: 

  • Full and relevant Level 3n Childcare qualification
  • Previous Nursery Managementn experience
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS andn safeguarding
  • Experience leading teams withinn Early Years
  • Passion for deliveringn high-quality childcare and education

 Desirable: 

  • Level 5 qualification inn Childcare, Leadership, or Management
  • Experience achieving Good orn Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
