Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)Salary: £32,000 £37,000 (DOE)Contract: Full-Time, PermanentWe are currently partnering with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are seeking an experienced Policy & Research Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.Main duties will include:Managing policy and research projects from planning through to successful deliveryCoordinating work with universities, funders, policymakers and external partners across the UK and EuropeUndertaking evidence reviews, desk research and analysis to inform policy and strategic recommendationsProducing policy briefings, reports, guidance and resources for a range of audiencesBuilding and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, representing the organisation at meetings, workshops and sector eventsDesigning and facilitating workshops, engagement activities and advisory groupsSupporting the delivery of European-funded projects and collaborative initiativesContributing to funding bids, proposal development and identifying future partnership opportunitiesEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standardThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience managing multiple policy, research or stakeholder engagement projectsExperience working with universities, research organisations, membership bodies or the public sectorStrong research and analytical skills, with experience producing evidence-based reports and recommendationsExcellent relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholdersOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearlyStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience facilitating workshops, engagement events or collaborative working groups would be advantageousExperience of European research programmes or funding initiatives would be beneficial but is not essentialIf this opportunity sounds like the right next step for you, please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for further details.We aim to respond to every applicant; however, if you have not heard back within 10 days, please assume your application has been unsuccessful or the role has been filled. xwwtmva Please feel free to get in touch to discuss other opportunities….
