The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Hybrid Cambridge | Full-Time, Permanent | £32,000£40,000 DOEWe are currently working with a not-for-profit organisation in Cambridge who are looking for an experienced Research Projects Manager to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.Main duties will include:Managing research and evaluation projects from planning through to successful deliveryDesigning and delivering surveys, questionnaires and other research activitiesCollecting, analysing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative dataConducting interviews, focus groups and evidence reviewsProducing high-quality reports, presentations and briefing papers for a range of audiencesTranslating research findings into clear, evidence-based recommendationsWorking closely with clients, funders and external stakeholders throughout project deliverySupporting funding proposals and contributing to the development of new research opportunitiesEnsuring research is conducted ethically and in line with data protection requirementsThe successful candidate will have:Experience delivering research and/or evaluation projects from design through to completionExperience using qualitative, quantitative or mixed-method research approachesStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify meaningful insights from dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports for a variety of audiencesStrong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience using research and analytical software such as SPSS, R, Stata, NVivo or similar would be advantageousExperience working with universities, research organisations, charities or the public sector would be beneficialIf this role looks like the new challenge that you are looking for, please apply via the advert or contact Megan at Eclectic Recruitment for more information.We endeavour to reply to every candidate, every time, but if you havent heard back within 10 days, please understand that you have unfortunately been unsuccessful for this position, or the position has been filled. xwwtmva Please call the office or send an email to discuss other potential opportunities….
