Job Description:

Job Description The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong stakeholder relationships while managing maintenance operations, contractors, and financial performance. This is a key leadership role requiring a balance of technical expertise, communication skills, and commercial awareness. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality building services to meet client and contract requirements Act as the main client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships Lead day-to-day maintenance operations, including PPM and reactive works Manage contractors, permits, and ensure safe systems of work Monitor service performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement Support financial targets, including budgets, cost control, and small works delivery Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures Oversee documentation, reporting, and asset/maintenance records Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Background in Facilities Engineering or a Facilities Manager with strong Hard FM experience Strong FM experience, ideally within a similar environment Proven experience managing maintenance operations, contractors, and service delivery Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations and permit-to-work systems Strong stakeholder management and communication skills The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
