Job Description The successful candidate will enable reliable operational performance, proactive risk mitigation, and data-driven lifecycle decision-making aligned to ISO 55001 and enterprise governance standards, working closely with technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders to drive consistency and compliance. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support asset data governance, technical, and operational forums to ensure effective control, compliance, and audit-ready decision-making Develop and maintain CAFM data governance frameworks, ensuring all data changes are controlled, approved, version managed, and auditable Embed governance controls across CAFM/EAM platforms, including change control, approval workflows, and data ownership accountability Assure API integrations and system interfaces, validating and monitoring data exchanges for integrity, accuracy, and completeness Oversee data flow validation and error handling processes, including exception management, resolution protocols, and audit traceability Define and manage data dependencies and system relationships across asset hierarchies, classification structures (e.g. Uniclass), and PPM regimes (e.g. SFG20) Lead reconciliation processes and root cause analysis of data inconsistencies, ensuring preventative actions are implemented Maintain full audit traceability across governance, integrations, and reconciliation activities while collaborating with stakeholders to align data standards and controls Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong expertise in Asset CAFM data management with exceptional attention to detail and process discipline Extensive experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms and API integrations, including system configuration and data flow assurance Proven experience developing and implementing asset data governance frameworks aligned to ISO 55001 Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex data quality and system integration issues Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with recognised technical authority and analytical capability The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
