**Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:**
Preparing, mixing, garnishing, serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and cocktail beverages in accordance with menu recipes and Hilton brand specifications. Engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, providing recommendations, and maintaining a welcoming and positive attitude at all times. Maintaining a clean, organised, and fully compliant bar environment in line with UK food hygiene and health & safety regulations. Managing stock levels, restocking inventory, rotating products, and monitoring product quality. Ensuring compliance with Challenge 25, responsible alcohol service practices, and efficient use of the POS system.
**Candidate requirements:**
Previous experience in a fast-paced or cocktail-focused bar environment. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, along with current food and beverage trends. Excellent communication skills, professional presentation, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Must be 18 years of age or older with the legal right to work in the UK. Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
