Thisis a pivotal role within the Group Procurement team, reportingdirectly to the Senior Procurement Manager. As Procurement Manager,you will assist with the procurement workstreams for Sky widetransformation programmes and business-as-usual (BAU) procurementoperations.
Whatyou’lldo
- Manage ongoing procurementoperations, including:
- Sourcing and suppliersupport
- Approval flowupdates
- Contract workflow management andaudit support
- Procurement training, helpdeskqueries, and Sky Spendmaintenance
- Master data governance andcritical supplier management
- Maintainand update key governance tools such as the ProcurementAccountability Matrix and Business ContinuityPlan.
- Represent Procurement incross-functional project governance and stakeholder forums,including Finance, Technology, Legal, and Accenturepartners.
- Assist the procurementimplementation of Source to Pay (S2P) programmes, ensuringreadiness across sourcing, supplier compliance, contract lifecyclemanagement, purchasing, invoicing, andreporting.
- Support key decisions andadoption of new policies, workflows, andtools.
Whatyou’ll bring
Essentialcriteria:
- Expertise with procurement tools,in particular Ariba, SAP and Oracle Fusion covering the Source toContract process.
- Understanding of end-to-endprocurement processes including category management, sourcing,supplier compliance & management and contract lifecyclemanagement.
- Experience of managingoperational responsibilities.
- Good communication andinfluencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders acrossgeographies and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manageprojects.
