We’re looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our established team supporting one of our largest programmes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves solving problems. The role supports a major client account with recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations.

What you’ll be doing

As a Talent Resourcing Partner, you’ll act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.

• Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment fulfilment across multiple locations
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct regular onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities
• Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey
