Head of Product & Growth – Ecommerce Leader

Drayton is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define and lead the product strategy for a high growth ecommerce business. This senior leadership role requires significant experience in direct to consumer environments, strong commercial acumen, and proven team leadership skills.

The candidate will own the product strategy, align cross-functional teams, and use data insights for decision-making. The role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office per week in London.
