Product Director (Fiat/Payments)

We’re looking for a Product Director to own our global Fiat & Payments domain, including banking integrations, payment rails, fiat on/off ramps, local payment methods, and global money movement infrastructure.

You’ll drive product strategy while remaining closely involved in execution, partner integrations, and day‑to‑day product decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fiat & Payments globally.
• Lead the development of payment products including bank integrations, local payment methods, on/off ramps, payouts, and card funding flows.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external providers to deliver scalable payment infrastructure.
• Drive expansion into new markets and payment ecosystems.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers.
• Define and track key metrics including conversion, payment success rates, transaction costs, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor Product Managers and help scale the product organization while remaining hands‑on.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including bank transfers, cards, payouts, and alternative payment methods.
• Proven track record delivering complex products involving multiple external partners and integrations.
• Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with global payment rails such as ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Business acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments with a high degree of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Experience in system architecture for scalability.
• People Management experience.
