This role sits at the centre of keeping services stable, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring the business can continue to operate smoothly.

  • Owning the full lifecycle of incidents from initial alert through to closure
  • Bringing the right teams together to restore services quickly
  • Handling busy call volumes and keeping communication clear and structured
  • Assessing impact and urgency to ensure the right priorities are set
  • Running follow‑up reviews and helping prevent repeat issues
  • Keeping the incident queue organised and ensuring key problems get attention

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in incident, service or problem management
  • A calm, methodical approach
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate multiple teams and keep everyone aligned
  • Exposure to D365, ERP/CRM or similar operational platforms is a bonus

  • Salary : up to £47,500
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week onsite)
