Job Description:

SUEZ is looking to recruit a Bid Manager to join our successful Industrial and Commercial Sales Team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Bid Writing for large National Accounts and support Regional teams on bid writing for smaller national accounts.
  • Manage, produce, and circulate National bid pipeline reports.
  • Liaise with prospective national bid clients, staff members, and external advisers/consultants to ensure appropriate inputs to tenders.
  • Build open and effective relationships within the team and across the SUEZ group.
  • Ensure all bids are produced to an extremely high standard.

Requirements

  • Experience developing bids in a multi-disciplined environment.
  • Understanding of UK waste legislation and market drivers, including waste collection and street cleansing methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Good financial knowledge and ability to develop financial models for tenders.
  • Knowledge of public procurement regulations and related tender processes.
