Care Leavers Mentoring & Pathways Officer

Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a SfYP Project Officer to oversee a mentoring programme for Care Leavers aged 18–25. The role involves building relationships between young people and supportive adults to aid their confidence and pathways into employment.

Successful candidates should have experience working with Care Leavers, possess strong organisational skills, and be able to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
