I’m working with a major UK property services provider that’s expanding its team on a long‑term housing contract and needs reliable multi‑traders immediately.

Why this role is moving fast

This is a live contract with consistent work – they’re adding heads now to keep up with delivery across military family housing.

The role

You’ll be carrying out planned repairs and maintenance across occupied and void homes, ensuring properties are safe, compliant and finished to a high standard.

Day to day

• Plumbing repairs & minor installs
• Carpentry and basic joinery work
• General multi‑trade maintenance
• Working from a PDA to manage jobs efficiently
• Delivering strong customer service in occupied homes

What they’re looking for

• Proven multi‑trade experience (plumbing + carpentry essential)
• Background in housing maintenance or similar
• Ability to diagnose and fix issues first time
• Comfortable working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 preferred
• Willing to undergo DBS/SC clearance

Package

• Up to £32,947 salary
• 40 hours per week
