NEET Engagement & Transitions Specialist

Weston College is seeking an Engagement and Transitions officer to support young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) in re-engaging with education and employment pathways.

This full-time role involves working 37 hours per week and includes developing relationships with partners like DWP, engaging NEET youth through outreach, and managing referral pipelines. Candidates are expected to hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
