Hot Tub Manager

Location: Tattershall Lakes, Lincolnshire

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (40hrs)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 12 hot‑tub assistants.
• Ensure all hot tubs comply with company policies and health & safety guidelines.
• Maintain correct water levels, safety standards, and overall cleanliness of all hot tubs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and support the team to work effectively and efficiently.
• Prepare for and work during bank holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High standard for cleanliness and presentation.
• Experience in leading and developing a team.
• Friendly and helpful attitude.
• Passion for team development and improvement.
• Excellent understanding of health & safety and compliance with H&S guidelines.
• Open to learning and willing to take on additional responsibilities beyond the role.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong sense of pride in role and ability to lead by example.
• Experience with hot‑tub operation and servicing (nice to have).
