Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data quality issues across HR, identity, and directory platforms.
- Identify root causes of inconsistent and poorly structured data.
- Develop strategies to improve data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data governance improvements.
- Document data flows and business rules related to identity governance.
- Support the IGA transformation initiative by ensuring reliable data inputs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL.
- Experience with HR systems and identity governance concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
