Role Overview
The Resident Liaison Officer is a vital member of the operations team responsible for ensuring effective communication and engagement with residents during fire safety remediation and recladding projects. You’ll be working closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams to support smooth project delivery by minimising disruption and addressing residents’ concerns promptly.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for resident queries and concerns, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to align resident engagement activities with project schedules.
- Keep residents informed about works programmes, access requirements, and safety protocols in a clear and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate logs of resident interactions and provide regular reports on engagement status and any concerns.
- Coordinate resident access permissions safely, in line with health and safety policies and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role delivering first‑class customer service in either the public or private sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Confidence using IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
