Job Description
The position requires extensive experience supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices, advanced troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with a range of tools and services. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and patch management, as well as providing customer service and training to end users.
- 5+ years’ experience in supporting Windows, iOS, and Android devices
- Advanced troubleshooting skills to fix issues on Windows 10 & 11 OS
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as Azure and Intune
- Clear understanding of Entra ID joined, hybrid joined, and on‑premises only machines
- Complete understanding of the Autopilot process and related troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of O365 products and related troubleshooting
- Advanced OS/software troubleshooting
- Knowledge to troubleshoot VPN issues (Zscaler) on iPads and laptops
- Experienced troubleshooting of wireless and wired networks
- Experience in Office 365 application troubleshooting and licensing models
- Hosting meetings via Teams and Zoom, managing control functions
- Effectively screen share for audience viewing of meetings
- Manage breakout rooms for audience participation
- Ability to mute and unmute during meeting calls
- Remove attendees as needed
- Launch poll questions and provide results
- Execute all other Teams and Zoom features not listed
- vMix experience a plus but not required
- Experience on SCCM and Intune troubleshooting for patching and app installation
- Provide superior customer service to all fellow employees
- Demonstrate good social skills in a professional environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prioritize workload to ensure high‑priority projects are completed first
- Assist other IT teams as needed
- Troubleshoot, install, and uninstall software when necessary
- Flexibility around new systems, processes, and responsibilities
