Senior Project Manager

This new Lead Senior Project Manager position will take charge of delivering a significant water infrastructure scheme within a client‑side organisation. You will oversee the development and construction of a new reservoir, water treatment works and 76km pipeline. Given the complex nature of this scheme, you must possess prior experience managing a major project of similar scale and leading multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes. The role reports directly to the board of directors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team, working closely with supply chain, internal teams and stakeholders to foster a proactive and high‑performance culture.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery, develop programmes, budgets and resources while maintaining high levels of regulation and programme governance.
• Manage risks throughout the programme to drive excellence in delivery.

Key Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivery in large and complex infrastructure projects within a water or utilities environment.
• Experience managing a major project of similar scale.
• Leadership skills in multidisciplinary infrastructure programmes.
