Senior Contracts Manager – London School Refurbishments

Madigan Gill is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of four live school refurbishment projects across London. The role demands strong programme management skills and excellent client communication to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple live projects, knowledge of construction practices, and must hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications. Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check is required.
