The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the leadership and day-to-day operation of our supported living service.
Working alongside the Service Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team, drive high-quality care standards, and ensure the people we support receive exceptional, person-centred support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their leadership career within social care while making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous leadership or management experience within health and social care.
- Knowledge of supported living, learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and positive behavioural support.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of vulnerable adults.
