Employer Engagement & Work Placements Specialist

Job Search Place Limited is seeking an Employer Engagement Officer for Hugh Baird College located in Walton-le-Dale. This full-time permanent position comes with a salary of £26,215 per year and a generous holiday allowance of up to 50 days, not including bank holidays.

The role involves building relationships with employers, coordinating work placements for learners, and supporting the College’s strategic goals. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification, sales, or business development experience, and excellent communication skills.
