The Role
You will be trusted to take full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through to final handover, ensuring successful delivery across programme, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
- Managing multiple HVAC and mechanical projects from conception to completion
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and specialist suppliers
- Controlling project programmes, costs and commercial performance
- Managing variations, applications, valuations and change control
- Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across all sites
- Overseeing commissioning, testing and project handovers
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
- Identifying and mitigating project risks before they become issues
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers with a proven background in delivering building services projects.
- Air Handling Units (AHUs)
- VRF / VRV Systems
- Ductwork Installations
- Chilled Water Systems
- Commercial Plumbing
- Chillers and Associated Plant
- Strong commercial awareness
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A practical, solutions‑focused approach to project delivery
