Working across major transformation workstreams, you will manage projects ranging from 5 months to over a year in duration, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, budget, quality and timelines.

The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in both Agile and traditional delivery environments, bringing the flexibility to adapt their approach based on project requirements whilst maintaining strong governance, financial control and stakeholder engagement. • Manage project scope, plans, budgets, forecasts, risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Drive business readiness activities, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for change adoption and benefits realisation.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and delivery teams across business and technology functions.
  • Produce accurate project reporting, governance updates and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and third‑party suppliers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
  • Ensure projects comply with business standards, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Support programme‑level planning and contribute to wider portfolio reporting and governance activities.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities and delivery milestones.
