IT Systems Manager

Salary: £54,000 – 60,000 per year

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience, including hands‑on systems administration or IT management
• Strong MSP/vendor management background
• Solid experience with SaaS, cloud‑first environments & hybrid workforces
• Confident communicator able to balance hands‑on and strategic work

Responsibilities

• Lead the MSP and vendor management relationship and ensure SLAs are met
• Oversee daily IT support, onboarding/offboarding & device management
• Own key SaaS platforms (M365, Azure AD, HRIS, Salesforce, Slack/Jira/Confluence, financial systems)
• Maintain strong security, controls, and compliance standards
• Deliver clear, pragmatic IT leadership and short‑term roadmap improvements
