You’ll work on critical systems that shape how we connect with customers, deliver care, and improve health outcomes. From enhancing customer journeys in Dynamics 365 to designing scalable, high‑impact solutions on the Power Platform, your work will directly contribute to making healthcare more accessible and intuitive.

- Design and deliver solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Improve and streamline customer journeys and engagement experiences
- Build secure, scalable, and high‑performing cloud‑based applications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Leverage Azure and modern cloud technologies to drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a Senior Engineer or Technical Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation and configuration
- Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
- Experience of integrating systems and handling data migration
- Understanding of Azure services and cloud‑based development
- Experience working with DevOps tools and release pipelines
- Knowledge of testing approaches, including automation
- A problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work through complex challenges
- Strong business‑facing experience with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build relationships and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical teams
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are helpful but not essential
- Experience or understanding of clinical environments (including healthcare systems, processes and standards) would be highly beneficial
