IT Business Solutions Manager (Projects & Data Integration)

Salary: £75,000 + 20% Bonus + £7,800 Car Allowance + 16% Non-Contributory Pension

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Business Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology and data initiatives across a complex enterprise environment.

This role combines strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management capabilities with a solid understanding of data integration and modern technology platforms. You will act as the key link between business teams, IT functions, and external partners, ensuring successful delivery of projects that drive business value and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT, data, and integration projects from initiation through to implementation and support.
• Manage external vendors, system integrators, and third-party suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Oversee project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.
• Drive change management and support business adoption of new systems and processes.
• Deliver projects involving system integrations, data flows, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, including backlog prioritisation and sprint planning.

Skills & Experience

• 5 – 10+ years’ experience delivering IT projects within complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record managing vendors, suppliers, and external delivery partners.
• Experience leading data, integration, or business systems projects.
• Experience operating within multi-vendor and cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, data integration technologies, analytics, and reporting tools.

Technology Knowledge (Supporting Capability)

• Data integration tools and pipelines (e.g., Data Factory, APIs).
