We are seeking a proactive and highlyorganised Business Support Senior Administrator to join our friendly team basedat our Lescaze site in Dartington. This pivotal role provides essentialadministrative and customer facingsupport to our MERs pathway, helping to ensure the smooth, efficient, andprofessional running of the service each day.

You will work closely with your businesssupport colleagues, frontline clinicians, and Psychiatry Consultants,delivering collaborative, accurate, and reliable secretarial and administrativesupport across the team.

This is a permanent full time positionworking 37.5 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

  • Diary Management
  • Use of electronicsystems
  • Preparation ofelectronic and paper files
  • Producing lettersand reports
  • Assisting withreporting and compilation of data
  • Processing ofincoming correspondence
  • Providing excellentcustomer service by responding to face to face and telephone queries in atimely and accurate way
  • Support to clinicalteam members

Person Specification

Experience

  • Computer Literate
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Willing to undertake training relevant to the post
  • Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Good knowledge of a wide range of office procedures
  • Clerical, administrative or reception experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting

Qualifications

  • Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent
  • NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
