- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations, including remote and international teams, is desirable.
Responsibilities
- We lead the full lifecycle delivery of key business initiatives, ensuring delivery to time, budget, scope, and quality.
- We coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and resources to drive effective change.
- We build strong relationships and maintain clear communication across all organisational levels.
- We identify, track, and manage risks, issues, expectations, and cross-project dependencies.
- We monitor agreed KPIs and KRIs and provide accurate status reporting.
- We manage deliverables and contracts with external suppliers to ensure compliance and service quality.
- We act as the primary contact, removing blockers, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth handover.
- We support the IT Programme Office by helping refine project management frameworks and improve ways of working.
- We may travel occasionally to our sites, including limited international trips.
