Role Description
This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Mossley and involves supporting the day‑to‑day operations of a busy flooring contractor. Responsibilities may include assisting with customer consultations in the showroom, helping to measure and assess flooring requirements at client locations, and coordinating installation schedules. The role may also involve handling orders and deliveries, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the work area and tools are kept clean and safe. Team members are expected to work collaboratively with installers and office staff, provide courteous customer service, and follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

- Ability to provide professional, friendly customer service and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Basic numeracy and measurement skills, with attention to detail when assessing rooms and materials.
- Willingness to learn flooring products, installation processes, and best practices in retail and domestic flooring.
