IT System Analyst

The primary role of the IT Systems Analyst is to ensure that the Company’s IT systems are functioning as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to business users for all IT systems, hardware and software.
• Interface with outsourced IT service support provider.
• Support management of outsourced IT service support provider, ensuring all service tickets resolved within a timely manner and within contractual agreements.
• Front‑line business support for the Company’s ERP system (Unity).
• Work closely with business users to maximise the functionality of Unity and make business processes as efficient as possible.
• Support in defining business requirements and documenting processes.
• Report writing (Unity & QlikView).
• Supporting and actively promoting brand integrity and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by ensuring there is engagement and communication between teams, customers and suppliers that continually drives improvement.
• Undertaking tasks as directed by the Directors and/or Senior Managers.

Experience

• ERP systems – Preferred
• EDI set up & maintenance – Preferred
• AQL/ SQL experience – Preferred
• QlikView reporting & administration (or other BI tool) – Preferred

Hours of Work

• Hours of work will be from 8.00am to 5.00pm.
