Salary: £40,000 – £45,000

We are an award‑winning AJ100 practice offering a range of expertise to large‑scale projects across the UK. We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join our growing team in the Birmingham studio.

Duties

• Deliver a range of high‑profile projects from inception through to completion
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and technical compliance
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience

• Relevant degree within Architectural Technology or Architecture
• Significant post‑qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience managing large scale projects across a range of sectors
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience
• Excellent technical detailing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Birmingham area

This is a permanent role.
