Hydrogen Group is seeking a NOC Shift Lead in Newtownabbey, County Antrim, for a newly established 24/7 Command Centre. This is a hands-on leadership role aimed at coordinating shift activities, supporting engineers, and ensuring the delivery of critical services across live operational environments.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in people leadership within an IT or operational support environment. A competitive salary of £37,000 plus shift allowances and opportunities for training and growth are included.
