We are working with a multi-award-winning and innovative online retailer who is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Architect to join & lead their forward-thinking, highly talented Salesforce team.
As a Senior Salesforce Architect, you will be required to lead an internal team of 6, including Developers & Administrators, understand and analyse technical & business requirements, and then design best-in-class, innovative solutions. Ideally, the successful individual will be a Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect.
The ideal Senior Salesforce Architect will have:
- Experience working as a Salesforce Architect with enterprise customers
- Experience translating business requirements into robust architectural designs
- Experience advising, mentoring, educating and influencing diverse teams on topics including Data Management, Integration, Security, Application Design and how they relate to the Salesforce Platform
- Demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills and experience
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to lead a range of workshops e.g. Discovery, Solution Design and Delivery
- Hands-on delivery skills
