Privacy & AI Governance Counsel — EU/UK Data

JD.COM is looking for a qualified solicitor to join its International Legal and Compliance Department. This newly established role will focus on providing guidance on data protection, privacy, and the responsible use of AI within JD’s retail and marketplace operations.

You will be instrumental in advising the business on GDPR compliance, drafting agreements, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place. A qualified solicitor with a strong background in the e-commerce space and experience across European markets will excel in this role. This position offers significant ownership and exposure to senior leadership.
