Temporary HR & OD Lead | Public Sector, Hybrid (Derby)

Portfolio HR & Reward is supporting a public sector organisation in searching for a HR & Organisational Development Lead. This role is based in Derby with hybrid working following probation. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of £21 to £23, plus holiday pay.

The position involves supporting the Head of HR & OD, coaching teams, and fostering employee relations. Ideal candidates will have experience working in large organisations, implementing strategies, and engaging with trade unions.
