Stock Condition Surveyor / DEA

1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Ramsgate and Dover areas and we are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this project.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Stock Condition Surveying Experience
• Experience with lodging EPCs
• Elmhurst accreditation required
• HHSRS Experience
• 5 days a week availability
