Investment Analyst – Digital Infrastructure Fund
We are working on behalf of a highly regarded investment platform to appoint an Investment Analyst into its growing Digital Infrastructure investment team. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to join an ambitious, well‑capitalised fund backed by a leading global private equity investor.
The team invests across the rapidly evolving digital infrastructure landscape, supporting businesses that underpin the global digital economy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from advisory into investing, with significant exposure to live transactions, financial analysis, portfolio work and senior stakeholders from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of acquisitions, investments and strategic opportunities.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for investment analysis and valuation.
- Conduct commercial, financial and market due diligence.
- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
- Assist with portfolio monitoring and performance analysis.
- Research market trends and identify new investment opportunities across the digital infrastructure sector.
- Work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the deal lifecycle.

Essential Requirements
- Currently working within a Big 4 Transaction Services, Deals Advisory or Corporate Finance/M&A team, or a comparable M&A advisory environment.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Strong academic background.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, intellectually curious and collaborative approach.
- Full right to work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this position.
Desirable
- An interest in the digital infrastructure sector and a clear motivation for pursuing a career within this asset class (prior sector experience is not required).
- Exposure to transaction execution, financial due diligence or M&A projects.
