Investment Banking Associate | FinTech M&A | London

I’m working with a well established London M&A advisory boutique adding to its deal team from Associate through to VP level. A financial services-focused firm with particular depth in fintech, financial software and data, advising on sell-side and buy-side M&A with strong deal flow and senior-led teams.

What you’ll do

• Execute live sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates end to end
• Build and own financial models, valuations and analysis
• Run due diligence and manage transaction processes day to day
• Prepare marketing materials, IC papers and client deliverables
• Work directly with senior bankers and clients on live deals

What you’ll need

• c.2-6 years in M&A / corporate finance advisory
• Live deal experience in fintech, financial software/data, technology, or accounting/professional services
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and process management
• Sector interest in financial services and the firm’s core verticals
