This is an opportunity to lead an established live in care service while shaping its culture, introducing greater structure and accountability, and developing a high performing team. You’ll have the autonomy to lead the service day to day, with the support of an experienced senior leadership team when needed. The service provides elderly and complex care to adults living with dementia, spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical and operational delivery of care packages for elderly clients and adults with complex needs in their own homes.
- Build a positive, high performing culture where the team takes ownership, works collaboratively and consistently delivers high standards.
- Introduce greater structure, accountability and clear performance expectations across the office team.
- Complete client assessments and review care plans.
- Oversee clinical governance, CQC compliance and quality assurance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement across service quality, team performance and client outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Must hold an active NMC PIN.
- Must have management experience within community care, residential care or hospital setting.
- Must be confident making autonomous clinical decisions.
- Must have strong understanding of CQC compliance and governance.
- Must hold a UK driving licence.
